"Pain is inevitable." We’re going to experience things that are tough and that "hurt." It’s inevitable.
But, do we need to suffer?
That part’s optional.
It's all up to us...

I am very passionate about reading and studying philosophies, ideas, and people who will enhance my awareness, spirituality, and life strength. There is so much that I want to read and absorb; however, being a head football coach, a school improvement coach for two schools, and a loyal and committed companion to a wonderful girl with two beautiful daughters, not to mention a person who has adopted the gym and outdoors as a physical playground, my time is limited and precious.
