Wow. That’s *really* cool.
So often we like to make things really complicated. The fact is, as Abraham-Hicks so beautifully states here, in any given moment you can really experience one of two emotions: a better-feeling one or a worse-feeling one. Love that.
So, how are you feeling right now? From the bottom up you could be feeling totally helpless/depressed/ashamed/afraid/etc. or you could be feeling some jealousy or rage or worry or disappointment or frustration/irritation/impatience or pessimism or boredom or hopefulness or happiness or enthusiasm or passion or, at the HIGHEST end of your Emotional Guidance System you may be experiencing Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Love/Appreciation/Freedom.
So, where are you? Know that in this moment you have a choice to move UP that scale by choosing a better feeling thought that will lead to a better feeling emotion. Or you can stay where you or move down by continuing to focus on the negative stuff. (Always!) Your call.
