Are you taking the time to create this sacred time? (Please say, “YES!”) If not, and if the reason you give why you’re not is that you’re too busy, know that saying you’re too busy to check in with your highest Self is kinda like saying you’re too busy driving to stop for gas.

That’s just not smart and *definitely* not gonna help you live a life of meaning and bliss!
